Supported Housing
We believe everyone has the right to a safe and comfortable home that they can call their own.
Support varies within our houses: some properties are staffed 24/7, 7 days a week, while others encourage independent living in self-enclosed flats. Our staff support with person-centred planning and individual goals setting. Our brilliant support workers also assist with everyday tasks such as shopping and managing finances. We connect our residents with our partners who provide additional vocational and leisure-based support to help achieve resident's goals.

Referrals
How to apply for housing
If you’d like to apply for Supported Housing, the first step of the process is to complete the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership Referral Form, which you can download here. Once you have completed this form, you may send it or copies of it, to referrals@response.org.uk , including the supporting paperwork as listed on the referral form.
If you’ve got any questions or need advice, please do telephone our Referral Coordinator team on 01865 397951. We’ll be happy to help.
**If you wish to apply for Carramar, Harwood House, Iris Hayter House or Papist Way, please do not fill out the attached form. Instead, contact referrals@response.org.uk directly and we will connect you with the appropriate service manager who will guide your application.
After your application
Once we have your application, we’ll contact you to arrange an assessment if you are eligible for our services. This is a relaxed meeting where you can explain your needs and why you feel Supported Housing is right for you.
We’ll write to you soon after that meeting to let you know the outcome. If your application has been successful, we’ll place you on our waiting list immediately.
Waiting times can vary a lot, and it’s important that you keep us up to date with any changes in your housing, contact details or needs while you wait. We need to be able to contact you quickly when accommodation becomes available.
