Settled Oxfordshire is an affordable accommodation with attached floating support for individuals exiting homelessness. We provide 47 units of accommodation within the Oxfordshire area. This service is for individuals experiencing homelessness with a low to medium support need in areas such as living skills, finances, substance misuse, training and employment and mental and physical health.

Our Settled Oxfordshire properties includes 30 beds in both enclosed flats and shared houses which are located across Oxfordshire. Our modern, spacious apartments are located in the heart of Oxfordshire, close to local amenities and transport links. Individuals who require these services will likely be staying in a B & B, emergency temporary accommodation, experiencing street homeless or living in homeless shelters. Individuals will be referred from Oxford City Council. This service is commissioned by Oxford County Council and is delivered in partnership with Resonance. Settled Oxfordshire are tackling the barriers to homelessness through providing:

  • Women's only accommodation.
  • Accommodation for couples.
  • Accommodation for individuals with pets.
  • Accommodation for individuals specific mobility needs.

Features and Description

  • Capacity: The service houses 47 individuals, across 17 flats and 30 rooms in shared houses.

  • Staffing: There are five full time homeless support workers, working 9-5, Monday - Friday. 
  • Aim of service: To provide people experiencing homelessness with  affordable supported accommodation.

  • Accommodation: There are 17 flats across Oxford, Abingdon and Didcot. We have 30 rooms in shared houses across the Oxford city area. All accommodation comes fully-furnished, which includes White Goods and all furniture. Our houses have communal spaces such as kitchens, living rooms and gardens.
