Work alongside us

“I need professionals to deliver person-centred support to adults and young people with mental health and wellbeing challenges...

... I need Response.”

Working with Response

Response are the leading provider of mental health support and supported housing in Oxfordshire. We take a partnership approach to bring together the best care for the people we support. Response delivers services within supported housing settings and hospitals, for both Adults, and Children, Young People, and Families. We pride ourselves on always having a person-centred approach to the work we do.

We would like to work with you and this page will propose some potential avenues for collaboration! Please get in touch if you think our expertise would enable your organisation to reach its goals.

How can we work together?

Partnership Delivered Services

We are always looking for partners to collaborate with to deliver quality mental health services. Have a read of The Response Partnership Charter, which explains how we work with others and also includes expectations around working with us. Contact us if you think our values and vision would align and you would like to talk about potential partnership!

Corporate Partnerships

Are you looking to make a real impact in your community, whilst also making a profound statement that your company prioritises the fight for good mental health? You can support Response through your organisation. We're always on the search for new corporate partners to team up with us here at Response.

As a corporate partner, you'll have the opportunity to work with us on projects that make a real, positive difference in people's lives. From sponsoring charity events, to volunteering with us on community projects, we'll work together to fight mental health issues and support those in need.

As a partner you'll also benefit from increased brand visibility, support to improve the wellbeing of your employees, as well as making a strong statement that your organisation cares about improving mental health for all and supporting those in need.

Supported Housing

Response has decades of experience of providing supported housing. We are always keen to bring this knowledge to the wider system and are open for discussions with commissioners and social impact companies to see how we can assist in filling gaps in provision.

Specialist Workers

We have a history of placing specialist workers into the mental health and complex needs system. We are skilled at developing support to overcome barriers such as benefit entitlements, establishing appropriate housing as individuals move on from hospitals back into the community, and fostering connections to community support services. We currently employ specialist workers in both our Adults, and Children, Young People and Families services.
