Community Housing with Visiting Support 9-5
We believe everyone has the right to a safe and comfortable home that they can call their own.
We offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals who require accommodation while dealing with mental health challenges.
Our community supported housing is designed to meet the needs of those who are still engaged in their recovery, but do not require 24-hour supervision. We provide a range of comfortable and homely places for people to live in, that are located close to local shops and amenities, and offer support that promotes independence and encourages individuals to take responsibility for their own well-being.
Iffley Road
The Iffley Road Flats are an example of one of our community houses with floating support. They are self contained-based studio apartments. The aim is to provide individuals with the opportunity to test out living independently in their own flat. It is the lowest level of support within our visiting support services and referrals into these bedsits usually come internally once a person has demonstrated their ability to manage a tenancy in other areas of the organisation. Move on from these flats are typically into council accommodation.
North Patch
Our Banbury services are made up of four homes which are all houses of multiple occupancy (HMO). All these homes are based in and around the town centre, close to all essential amenities Banbury has to offer. Individuals living here will be able to manage most aspects of their recovery, enjoy peer support from their housemates, and will receive visits from dedicated support workers once a week.
