Donna Jeffery

Donna has worked in L&D for over 15 years; she joined Response in April 2020 at the very beginning of the global pandemic.  In her role has L&D Manager she supports employees from every area of the organisation to continuously improve, develop and refine their knowledge and skills both personally and professionally, through a range of blended learning approaches.

‘I don’t have any fancy qualifications under my belt; my knowledge and skills come from over 30 years of ‘learning by doing’.  I feel honoured to be part of the incredible team at Response, there is no greater feeling than being able to encourage and support someone to realise, and reach their full potential’

When not doing the job she absolutely loves, Donna appreciates nothing more than getting together with family and friends to enjoy eating, drinking, relaxing and walking her best friend (Harvey – the cocker spaniel).
