Gemma Jewell

Gemma has worked in Human Resources since 2007 and started her career as an HR Administrator in a Car Rental Company before progressing through various sectors, including Manufacturing and Logistics until she finally ended up at Response as the Head of Human Resources in 2016. Instead of going to University, Gemma completed her CIPD qualification alongside working full time, which has led to a passion for people development and supporting employees to be the best they can be in their professional careers. Gemma’s weekends are spent with her young family and watching sports, including football and ice hockey.
