Kezia Rushworth

Kezia was drawn to Response as a charity that provides multiple levels of support for young people and adults. Having almost lost her life to mental illness and recovered, she is now dedicated to helping others recover too! She is keen to help the charity progress and develop its recovery centred approach and high-quality standards.

In her spare time, Kezia can be found at the gym, working on her pull ups (the current record is 18!)
