Nicola Inge

Nicola has worked in the charity sector throughout her career and currently leads Business in the Community’s work across social impact, with a focus on education, inclusion and wellbeing.  Prior to Business in the Community, Nicola worked at Crisis, Depaul Trust and Citizens Advice.  In working with people experiencing homelessness and within the criminal justice system, Nicola saw first-hand the impact that mental health issues could have on people’s lives and those around them. Nicola brings to the board a passion for social justice and wellbeing, as well as 20+ years experience in fundraising, campaigns and partnership working across the private, public and voluntary sectors.

Originally born and raised in Oxfordshire, Nicola returned to live in the area in 2022 with her young family to have better access to nature and a stronger connection to the local community.  In her downtime, she’s most likely to be found reading, cycling and getting out into the countryside.
