Tina Marsh

Tina has a passion for helping others and getting to the root of any issue. After completing a BSc in Psychology & Criminology, Tina started her career in the care sector as a volunteer with a London based Charity in 2011. Over the past 13 years Tina has gained experience supporting several vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

Over the years Tina has continued her professional development gaining qualifications in Leadership and Management, and Health & Social Care.

Tina Joined Response in 2020 as Area Manager, opening Responses’ first Adult Mental Health Supported Accommodation in Buckinghamshire. Harwood House is now a thriving and successful service. Tina progressed to Operations Manager in July 2024 and is looking forward to working collaboratively with our partners to develop and grow our services.

One way that Tina looks after her own mental health by staying active, a keen gym goer who enjoys combat sports and weightlifting.
